Be aware of the employees at the Popeyes in the Coastland Mall food court. Be careful at this location they are scammers. This man claims to be the manager of the store but doesn’t speak or understand English to get an order right. They will refuse to give a refund to keep your money. Please share your experience with the Better Business Bureau, if something similar happened to you. And that useless mall cop is a joke. Please do better.

Loved the movie theater, we had reserved seats, lounge chairs, and waitress service, while we watched Michael. What a nice movie and theater. The food was good too. Chicken on a stick, egg fried rice, sweet plantains, and a non alcohol Heineken. Sweet.

Very disappointing experience yesterday. This mall is no longer family-friendly. We visited with our child, who was simply playing and making normal noise like any kid would in a public place. He wasn’t damaging anything or bothering anyone — just being a child. Instead of handling the situation with basic understanding, mall security immediately escalated things in a very hostile way, treating us as if we had done something serious. The most shocking part was that they involved the police over something as simple as a child playing. The entire experience was humiliating and intimidating for our family. We were even warned that we could be removed from the mall and potentially face a ban for up to one year. That is extremely excessive for normal child behavior. A shopping mall should be welcoming to families, not a place where parents feel targeted and uncomfortable. No one should have to worry about security or police being called because their child laughed, played, or made noise. If you have kids, think twice before coming here. This place clearly does not want families anymore.

Coastland Center mall in Naples is one of three or four malls in the area and honestly feels like a solid middle-ground option. It’s not trying to be the high-end luxury mall, which I actually think works in its favor. The place is huge so plan on spending some time walking around if you want to see everything. They’ve got pretty much all the major stores you’d expect, plus an incredible theater attached which is a nice bonus. The covered parking is a lifesaver in Florida heat, your car won’t turn into an oven while you’re shopping. Pro tip: park over by the movie theater side. As long as it’s not prime time for movies, you should get in and out easily without fighting for spots. It’s a practical mall that gets the job done without all the fancy bells and whistles, which honestly makes it more enjoyable to navigate.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
